Knaresborough Bathroom
The design brief:
Although this bathroom was in good condition, the customer wanted to add a bath that had been previously removed, and address some faults and issues with their existing bathroom. The customer also wanted to modernise the room
The solution
Technically a very challenging room due to the underlying issues, we first addressed the problems with the shower enclosure by installing a more modern and low-maintenance Kudos walk-in shower. We used a beautiful Carronite bath and tiled the sides to create a luxury feel. The boxing behind the basin and toilet was replaced, and is now a lot less intrusive and dominating. We added a Novum vanity unit and a tall storage cupboard from HiB to provide storage. The room was then finished with Karbon porcelain tiles. The end result is truly stunning.
